Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products, we have established the following return policy for all terpene bottles.

Unopened Bottles:
We accept returns of unopened, sealed terpene bottles within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any shipping costs.

Opened Bottles:
For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any terpene bottle that has been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

Process:
To initiate a return for an eligible unopened bottle, please contact our customer service team at accounts@kindsupplydirect.com or 707-742-3804 with your order number. You will receive instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any opened, used, or unsealed terpene bottle.

• Items not in their original condition.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse.

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
