Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order (including packaging).
The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Heavier packages will incur higher shipping fees; lighter packages will cost less.

Delivery Time (USPS Ground Advantage)

Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on your distance from our fulfillment center.
Please note: USPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates for Ground Advantage. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or USPS service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a USPS tracking number, which you can use to monitor delivery progress via the USPS website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS, as Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages will be issued only after USPS confirms the loss.
